Onboarding New Property

Hi

Thanks for asking about onboarding a new property.

Can you please update the property tab in your company KB with the new property details in a new row on the spreadsheet and let us know when you have done this.  Then we can check and confirm if we can cover the property.

Once we have that confirmed we will start the systems work that is required.

We'll then send you a link here for the Property Knowledge Base document for you to complete for the new property. Kindly Tag the Systems Team it the Property Knowledge Base is completed. The property cannot be onboarded until this Property KB is complete.
